Revenue: Q4 revenue was $2.9 million and full-year 2025 revenue was $12.2 million, in line with prior guidance but down year-over-year.
mmWave Momentum: mmWave product revenue grew to $9.1 million for full-year 2025 (from $1.3 million in 2024), driven by fixed wireless access wins and new design ramps.
Customer Wins: Key design wins and partnerships highlighted: Tachyon Networks, WeLink, MikroTik (product launch at MWC), InTACT (defense/customer for drone IFF), and Virewirx (robotaxi).
Supply Headwind: A supplier customs delay will shift a large order from Q1 to Q2 2026, reducing Q1 revenue by more than $0.5 million; current Q1 revenue outlook is ~$1.2 million excluding that order.
Profitability & Cost Control: GAAP gross margin improved to 58% for full year 2025 and GAAP operating expenses fell to $11.8 million for the year due to lower stock-based comp and amortization, helping reduce full-year GAAP net loss to $4.8 million.
Cash & Capital Review: Cash was $2.9 million at year-end; the company is exploring strategic alternatives and raised about $2.1 million in Q4 through an ATM program.
Business Model: Management emphasized customer-funded engineering (NRE) with production ramps expected for key defense and robotaxi opportunities in H2 2026 and potentially late 2026 for some adjacent-market production.
