Record Backlog: RCM Technologies reported a record engineering backlog for 2026, showing strong momentum heading into next year.
Healthcare Growth: The Healthcare segment saw notable growth, with school revenue up 20.7% and a strong start to Q4, despite softer-than-expected summer demand.
Energy Services Outperformance: The Energy Services unit continues to deliver robust results, with backlog for 2026 now over $70 million, up sharply from $21 million at this time last year.
Cost Headwinds: Excess medical costs remained elevated, totaling $800,000 in Q3 and $1.8 million year-to-date, with no significant relief expected in Q4.
Financial Performance: Q3 gross profit rose 8.8% to $19.4 million, while adjusted EBITDA slipped 1.4% to $5.5 million; adjusted EPS held steady at $0.42.
