The company is headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal and currently employs 432 full-time employees. The firm's segments include Spirit, spirituous beverages and allied products, and Marine Products. The Spirit, spirituous beverages and allied products segment is engaged in the manufacturing of extra neutral alcohol (ENA), and Indian made Indian liquor. The divisions under Spirit, spirituous beverages and allied products are Distillery and India Made Indian Liquor. The Marine segment is involved in the marine product processing, for sale in export and domestic markets and marine feed trading. The company operates a grain-based distillery in West Bengal at Noorpur. Its marine product processing plant is located in Kolkata, and India Made Indian Liquor bottling plants are located in Panagarh and Dankuni, West Bengal.
