The company also provides finance on existing property for business/ personal needs and also gives loans to professionals for purchase/construction of clinics/nursing homes/ diagnostic centers/ office space and also for purchase of equipment. The company offers a range of housing loans, such as home loans, plot loans, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Griha Suvidha Home loan, home loan for non-resident Indian (NRI) and home loan for pensioners, home improvement loan, home construction loan, home extension loan and top up loans.
