Revenue Growth: Manorama Industries reported Q3 revenue of INR 363 crores, up 73.3% year-on-year, and 9-month revenue of INR 975 crores, an 81.3% increase year-on-year.
Margin Performance: EBITDA margin remained strong at 27.1% for the quarter and 27.2% for the 9-month period, with PAT margin at 18.8% for Q3.
Guidance Raised: Full-year FY '26 revenue guidance was increased from INR 1,150 crores to INR 1,300 crores, reflecting confidence in continued growth.
Major CapEx Plans: The company announced INR 460 crores of capital expenditure over 2-3 years to significantly expand capacity in both India and West Africa.
Value-Added Focus: Value-added products contributed around 75% of Q3 sales; management targets 85-95% contribution in the coming years.
Capacity Expansion: Ongoing projects will grow fractionation capacity to 52,000 MT soon, with further 75,000 MT expansion and new product lines planned.
Working Capital Reduction: Working capital cycle currently at 120 days, expected to improve to 90-100 days as new products ramp up.
