Home Service Insurance segment markets through, its subsidiaries Security Plan Life Insurance Company, Magnolia Guaranty Life Insurance Company (MGLIC) and Security Plan Fire Insurance Company (SPFIC). Home Service Insurance segment also sells property insurance policies covering dwellings and content. The Company’s polices are sold and serviced through funeral homes and independent agents who sell policies, collect premiums and service policyholders.
