As of December 31, 2013, it had 24 subsidiaries in Norway, Australia, Brazil, the United States, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Mexico, Malaysia, Cyprus, Canada and the United Kingdom. Its subsidiaries include EMGS Americas 1 AS, EMGS Americas Inc and EMGS International B.V., among others.
