The Company, through its subsidiary, Carmen Copper Corporation, operates copper mines in the City of Toledo, Province of Cebu (the Toledo Copper Mine), and produces and exports copper metal in concentrate and the principal by-products of copper mining and processing, which are gold and silver. The company is also engaged in development and commercial production of other by-products, such as pyrite, magnetite and molybdenum. The firm's subsidiaries include Amosite Holdings, Inc., Atlas Exploration Inc. and AquAtlas, Inc.
