As of December 31, 2012, the Company owned such fully consolidated direct and indirect subsidiaries as Banco BICE, BICE Inversiones Corredores de Bolsa SA, BICE Inversiones Administradora General de Fondos SA, BICE Corredores de Seguros Ltda, BICE Agente de Valores SA, BICE Factoring SA, BICECORP Investments Ltd, Promociones y Servicios Ltda, BICE Carteras SA and BICE Chileconsult Asesorias Financieras SA, among others. In addition, Servicios y Consultoria Ltda was the Company’s major shareholder with 48.52% of its interest.
