The company operates through two divisions. The Sealing Solutions division offers customized sealing, closure and packaging solutions. The product offering includes rubber, aluminum and plastic products for healthcare applications, such as stoppers and plungers for vials and syringes, rubber products for diagnostics and drug delivery systems, molded rubber components for automotive, industrial and consumer goods applications, extruded products for civil engineering and building construction, such as joint seals or window and door seals, among others. The division has operations worldwide. The Technical Components division is a multichannel distributor of electronic, automation and information and communications technology (ICT) components. The company has two business models: Online Distribution, which comprises the Distrelec and Reichelt brands, and Branded Wholesale, under the Nedis brand.
