The company went IPO on 2010-04-22. The firm operates in three segments: ORIOR Refinement, which produces traditional products such as Bundnerfleisch, cured and cooked ham, salami and Mostbrockli, which are sold in the food retailing, restaurant and food service sectors; ORIOR Convenience, which is focused on fresh convenience products, such as ready-made dishes, pates and terrines, fresh pasta, vegetarian products and ready-to-cook poultry and meat products, as well as seafood, ORIOR Corporate, Export and Logistics, which is responsible for the small-scale distribution of fresh and chilled products throughout Switzerland, as well as the export and marketing of the Company’s products under their respective brands, primarily in neighboring countries belonging to the European Union.
