The Real Estate Plan, Brokerage and Consulting segment is engaged in the provision of planning, consulting, brokerage and other real estate-related services related to real estate’s renovation and sale and commercial facilities development, among others. On May 17, 2013, it announced that it had established a wholly owned subsidiary engaged in apartment management, property management, leasing and related business, in Tokyo. On July 30, 2014, it established a new wholly owned subsidiary in Tokyo.
