The company is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta and currently employs 58 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2003-09-08. The firm conducts its operations in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin, primarily in the province of British Columbia. Its operations are focused primarily in the Montney in Northeast British Columbia (NEBC). Its Montney area assets include Septimus / West Septimus, Tower, Groundbirch, Attachie, Oak/Flatrock and Portage. Its operations include liquids rich natural gas and light oil production from the siltstone Montney formation. The company holds a land base of approximately 264,000 net acres, out of which approximately 225,000 net undeveloped acres in the Montney with condensate, light oil, liquids-rich natural gas and dry gas. The Company’s Lloydminster asset is situated in the Saskatchewan/Alberta border region near the city of Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. Production from the area is comprised of 12 to 14 degree American Petroleum Institute (API) heavy oil.
