The firm is focused on oil and natural gas exploration and production in Colombia and Ecuador. The firm is developing its portfolio of assets in Colombia and Ecuador. Its assets in Colombia represents 100% of the Company’s production with oil reserves and production mainly located in the Middle Magdalena Valley (MMV) and Putumayo Basin. In MMV, the Company’s largest field is the Acordionero Field, where it produces approximately 17 degree American Petroleum Institute (API) oil, which represented approximately 49% of total Company production. The Putumayo production is approximately 27° API for Chaza Block and 18° API for Suroriente Block, which represented approximately 44% of total Company production.
