Vinci is a French infrastructure group that makes money from two main activities: building large projects and running long-life assets. On the construction side, it designs and builds roads, buildings, bridges, rail lines, energy facilities, and industrial sites. On the concessions side, it often finances, builds, and then operates assets such as toll roads, airports, and parking facilities, collecting fees from users over many years.
Its customers are governments, local authorities, airports, utilities, industrial companies, and private developers that need major infrastructure work done. In construction, Vinci earns money when it wins contracts and completes the project. In concessions, it earns money from tolls, airport charges, parking fees, and similar user payments tied to the assets it operates.
What makes Vinci different is that it sits in both the build phase and the operate phase of infrastructure. Many contractors only get paid for construction work, but Vinci can also hold and manage assets that generate steady, long-term cash flow. That mix gives it exposure to public infrastructure spending while also making it a major owner and operator of essential transport and utility assets.

Stock intrinsic value is the real worth of a company's stock, based on its financial health and performance.
Instead of looking at the stock's current market price, which can change due to people's opinions and emotions, intrinsic value helps us understand if a stock is truly a good deal or not.
By focusing on the company's actual financial strength, like its earnings and debts, we can make better decisions about which stocks to buy and when.
