The firm owns approximately 49% of the common shares and 100% of the Class B shares of Main Street 1549, which holds a 10% participating interest in Block 11B/12B offshore South Africa. The firm also holds a participating interest in the exploration right for Block 2B offshore South Africa (Block 2), and a participating interest in Petroleum Exploration License 37 offshore Namibia (PEL 37). Its Block 2B is located in the Orange Basin and covers 3,062 square kilometers (km2) off the west coast of South Africa approximately 300 kilometers north of Cape. Its PEL 37 covers an area of approximately 17,295 km2 in the Walvis Basin offshore Namibia approximately 420 kilometers south of the Angolan-Namibian border.
