The firm has a 50/50 joint venture partnership with gold producer Agnico Eagle Mines Limited to jointly explore the Douay and Joutel gold projects located in Quebec. The firm also has an option to acquire a 100% interest in Eagle located at the Joutel Gold project. Its Douay Project is located approximately 55 kilometers southwest of Matagami and 130 kilometers north of Amos, Quebec, by road. Douay Project consists of approximately 685 claims covering approximately 366 square kilometers. Its Joutel Project is located approximately 70 kilometers southwest of Matagami and 125 kilometers north of Amos. The Joutel Project covers approximately 39 square kilometers of land located directly south of, and adjacent to, its Douay Project.
