Magna Gold Corp. is a gold exploration stage company. The company is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. The company went IPO on 2018-08-16. The firm is focused on acquiring, exploring and developing precious metals properties in Mexico. Its projects include San Francisco mine, San Judas and Mercedes project. The San Francisco mine is situated in the north central portion of the state of Sonora, Mexico, approximately 150 kilometers (km) north of the state capital city of Hermosillo. The project consists of two previously mined open pits, such as San Francisco and La Chicharra, together with heap leach processing facilities, and associated infrastructure located close to the San Francisco pit. San Judas is an early-stage exploration property consisting of two contiguous claims within the municipality of Trincheras, Sonora, Mexico. The company is located 240 kilometers to the northwest of the state’s capital city of Hermosillo and covers an area of approximately 2,806 hectares. The Mercedes project is an exploration property within the Sierra Madre Occidental province.
