Glassware comprises dishes, glasses, goblets, bowls, pots and jars, among others; Containers offers food containers and bottles for perfumes, cosmetics, medicines and beverages; and Promotional Glassware includes glass articles decorated with the brand of other companies. As of December 31, 2012, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Amposan SA, a producer of glass ampoules and injectable medicine containers. In addition, Industrias Integrales del Vidrio SA was the Company’s majority shareholder.
