Additionally, it has a contract with Hilton to operate its brand Hampton Inn by Hilton. The firm operates in Puebla, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Ciudad Juarez, Guanajuato and Mexico City, among others. In August 2013, the Company acquired Mexico Plaza Irapuato hotel as well as Marriott Real Puebla Hotel. In December 2013, the Company acquired hotel located in Mexico City, the Holiday Inn Mexico Coyoacan hotel. In April 2014, the Company acquired Aloft Guadalajara Las Americas hotel. On May 2014, the Company acquired Hotel Mexico Plaza Silao, in state of Guanajuato.
