Additionally, the Company operates two pumping stations. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s subsidiary was Pirapora Energia SA. As of February 22, 2012, the Company's major shareholders were Eletrobras, with a 39.02% stake, and the government of the state of Sao Paulo, with 38.99%.
