As of September 30, 2013, the Company had four wholly owned subsidiaries, such as Gabriel A/S, ZenXit A/S and Gabriel Ejendomme A/S, based in Denmark, as well as Gabriel (Tianjin), based in China. As of September 30, 2013, its largest shareholder was Gabol A/S, which held 40% of the Company’s shares.
