G-Resources Group Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the exploration, mining and sale of gold and silver products. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through three segments. The Principal Investment Business segment is involved in of identifying of investment opportunities and to invest in different industries, including mining. The company invests in listed and unlisted financial assets such as shares, bonds, other security investments, managed investment funds, convertible bond and perpetual securities. The Financial Services Business segment provides financial services, including securities brokerage services, placing and underwriting services, corporate finance advisory services, provision of margin financing, money lending business and investment advisory and management services. The Real Property Business segment is involved in the investment of property portfolio on commercial properties in Hong Kong and other countries, but also in other types of properties.
