Bauba Resources Ltd. engages in the exploration, evaluation, and development of mineral resources. The firm's Bauba Project is located within a prime segment of the Eastern Limb of the Bushveld Igneous Complex. The firm operates through three segments: Chrome Project, Platinum exploration and Corporate activities. The firm's Chrome projects segment includes the mining of chrome ore on the farm Moeijelijk. The firm's Platinum exploration segment includes activities associated with platinum exploration. The firm's Bauba platinum group metal (PGM) assets lie within the Leolo mountain range in Limpopo province, and are located approximately 40 kilometers north-northwest of the town of Steelpoort and approximately 250 kilometers northeast of Johannesburg. The firm holds PGM prospecting rights in over eight properties that extend across approximately 14,390 hectares. Bauba A Hlabirwa Mining Investments Proprietary Limited is the subsidiary of the Company.
