AmFIRST Real Estate Investment Trust operates as real estate investment trust. The Trust's primary objective is to own and invest in real estate and real estate-related assets, whether directly or indirectly, through the ownership of single-purpose companies whose principal assets consist of real estate and real estate-related assets. Its investment objectives are to deliver regular and stable income distributions to Unitholders and to achieve long-term growth in the net asset value per unit through proactive management of the Trust’s portfolio of assets and acquisition of yield accretive properties.
