The company is headquartered in Seoul, Seoul. The company went IPO on 2010-12-16. The firm operates in six businesses: meter reading and bill delivery business provides services, such as reading and recording electricity meters, delivering electricity bills and managing delinquent customers; power plant business operates and maintains coal transport facilities, coal treatment facilities, desulfurization facilities and ash treatment facilities for coal-fueled power plants; environment business operates flue gas desulfurization systems, discharges wastewater and recycles fly ash facilities; power cable site business secures the land for transmission towers and power-transmission lines, and compensates for such utilities; building leasing business constructs and runs multi-purpose buildings and puts upper floors of the buildings on lease, as well as facilities construction business constructs power generation and transmission facilities.
