The firm is engaged in the design and manufacture of electronic components for the global building and industrial automation markets in its factories in Italy, Lithuania, Malta and China. Its products include sensors, monitoring relays, timers, energy management systems, solid state-relays, electronic motor controllers, safety devices, field bus systems and inverters. The Company’s customers include original equipment manufacturers of packaging machines, plastic-injection molding machines, food and beverage production, conveying and material handling equipment, door and entrance control systems, lifts and escalators as well as heating, ventilation and air conditioning devices. The Company’s products are marketed across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific through a network of own sales companies and through independent national distributors.
