The company is headquartered in Solihull, West Midlands and currently employs 4,386 full-time employees. The firm operates through three segments: Roads & Security, Utilities and Galvanizing Services. The Roads & Security segment contains a group of businesses supplying products designed to ensure the safety and security of roads and other national infrastructure to customers involved in the construction of that infrastructure. The Utilities segment contains a group of businesses supplying products to public and private customers involved in the construction of facilities serving the utilities markets. The Galvanizing Services segment contains a group of companies supplying galvanizing and related materials coating services to companies in a range of markets, including construction, agriculture and infrastructure. Its security portfolio includes vehicle mitigation solutions, security fencing and automated gate solutions.
