The Company’s principal activity is to identify, acquire, explore and develop mining and processing projects, mining companies, businesses or opportunities with precious and base metals mining opportunities in the Philippines. The Runruno project comprises one granted Exploration Permit (EP-II-13) and the deposit is located within a alkaline volcanic complex, approximately three kilometers in diameter. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Metals Exploration Pte, FCF Minerals Corporation and MTL Philippines.
