The Company’s principal activity is to identify, acquire, explore and develop mining and processing projects, mining companies, businesses or opportunities with precious and base metals mining opportunities in the Philippines. The Company’s geographical areas include the United Kingdom, Philippines and Singapore. Its Runruno Project is located approximately 205 kilometers north of Manila in the mineral-rich province of Nueva Vizcaya, and it is focused on gold and other precious metals. The Runruno project comprises one granted Exploration Permit (EP-II-13) and the deposit is located within a alkaline volcanic complex, approximately three kilometers in diameter. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Metals Exploration Pte, FCF Minerals Corporation and MTL Philippines.
