The Company’s divisions include Automation, Fabrication and Mercer Technologies. Automation division operates the Company’s Automation brands. The company designs, manufactures, delivers and services automated solutions to a range of industries, predominantly in the food sector. The company markets and sells its core cheese systems brand, as well as provides automated solutions to other sectors. The company also operates the Company’s other brands, which include Aico and Beta. Fabrication division includes the Mercer Stainless and SCE workshops in Christchurch, which sells, designs and manufactures equipment for primary industries across New Zealand and Australia. Mercer Technologies division manages the Company’s research and development that sits outside of the Automation business. The company is focused on commercializing the S-Clave medical sterilization technology.
