Through its OTC Link Alternative Trading Systems (ATSs), the Company connects a diverse network of broker-dealers that provide liquidity and execution services. The company enables investors to trade through the broker of their choice and allow companies to improve the information for investors. The company has three business lines: OTC Link, Market Data Licensing and Corporate Services. Its OTC Link LLC operates three ATSs, OTC Link ATS, OTC Link ECN and OTC Link NQB, which provide trading services to a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) member broker-dealer subscribers. Market Data Licensing provides investors, traders, institutions and regulators with a suite of enterprise and user market data licenses. Its Corporate Services operates OTCQX and OTCQB that offers disclosure and information services.
