A.S.T.Groupe engages in construction and real-estate development activities. The company is headquartered in Decines-Charpieu, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes. The company went IPO on 2004-10-24. The firm acts as project manager and specializes in coordinating construction and promotion of individual houses situated in various regions of France, such as Rhone-Alpes, Bourgogne, Franche-Comte, Provence, Languedoc-Roussillon, Midi-Pyrenees and Ile de France. In addition, the Company is involved in land development, as well as the purchase of land and its division into plots, rendering them viable for building. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated through wholly owned subsidiaries, such as Evolim, AST Services, Pobi Structures SARL, Pobi Charpentes SA and Microsit SA, among others. In June 2014, its affliate, AST Fund Solutions, LLC, has completed acquisition of D.F. King & Co., Inc. (D.F. King) and its operating businesses and Donlin, Recano & Company, Inc. (Donlin Recano).
