Amata Summit Growth Freehold & Leasehold REIT engages in real estate investment business. The company is headquartered in Bangkok, Bangkok Metropolis. The company went IPO on 2015-06-30. The Trust’s objectives are to raise funds from general investors and to use the proceeds from such fund raising to invest in property or property leasehold rights and generate benefit from such properties including to lease and/or render services related to rental properties in which the Trust invest or other process for the benefit of the property and create the revenue and return to the Trust and the unitholders. The Trust invests in potential ready-built factories, which are located in both AMATA Industrial City Chonburi and AMATA Industrial City Rayong. The Trust is managed by Amata Summit REIT Management Company Limited (the REIT Manager). The Fund’s trustee is Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited.
