The Company’s apparel collections include various styles of parkas, lightweight down jackets, rainwear, wind wear, knitwear, footwear and accessories for fall, winter, and spring seasons. The firm operates through three segments: Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Wholesale and Other. The DTC segment comprises sales through country-specific e-commerce platforms and its Company-owned retail stores located in shopping locations. The Wholesale segment comprises sales made to a mix of functional and fashionable retailers, including various department stores, outdoor specialty stores and individual shops, and to international distributors, who are partners that have exclusive rights to an entire market. Within the Other segment, comparative information also includes sales of personal protective equipment (PPE).
