The company is headquartered in Yokohama, Kanagawa-Ken and currently employs 138 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2001-02-14. The firm has three business segments. The Light Source Equipment is engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of light source device for testing in the production process of imaging semiconductors (charge coupled device (CCD) and complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS)), and display devices. The Solar Power-related Product segment develops, purchases and sells solar simulators, cell testers, solar power modules. The Imaging Inspection segment develops, manufactures and sells Internet protocol (IP) modules, discrete fourier transformation (DFT) test systems, camera module test equipment and related components. As of May 31, 2014, the Company had five subsidiaries.
