The firm operates through six segments: Registered Plans division (RRSP), Private Health Services Plan division (Health), Currency and Global Payments division (CGP), Exempt Edge division, and Corporate and Shareholder Services division (CSS). Its RRSP specializes in the self-directed registered plans administration. Its Health division markets, sells and administers health and wellness benefits to business owners through Olympia Benefits Inc., a subsidiary of Olympia. Its CGP allows corporations and private clients to buy and sell foreign currencies at competitive rates. Its Exempt Edge division focuses on the provision of information technology services to exempt market dealers, registrants, and issuers. Its CSS division provides transfer agent and registrar services to public and private issuers across Canada.
