Magna Polonia SA is a closed-end investment fund, which invests in new technologies, infrastructure expansion, intelligent installations and automation, as well as energy and increasing energy efficiency. The company is headquartered in Warsaw, Woj. Mazowieckie and currently employs 49 full-time employees. Its range of activities includes the purchase of valuable papers issued by Treasury, buying or taking over units or shares of the companies registered and performing in Poland, investing in other valuable papers and granting loans to other bodies registered and performing in Poland. As of December 31, 2011, it had three direct subsidiaries: INFO-TV-FM Sp. z o.o. engaged in mobile television, Zninska Kolej Powiatowa Sp. z o.o., Mediatel SA that manages a capital group consisted of Elterix SA, Telepin SA, Velvet Telecom LCC and Sieci Cyfrowe Sp. z o.o. As of March 20, 2012, Rasting Limited owned a 52.5% stake in the Company. As of January 30, 2012, it sold a 61.23% stake in INFO TV FM Sp. z o.o. to Cyfrowy Polsat SA.
