As of December 31, 1011, the Company had three subsidiaries: Izostal SA, which produces the polyethylene pipes and antirust coated steel pipes; ZRUG Zabrze Sp. z o.o, engaged in the construction of the gas, heating, water and sewage systems and KOLB Sp. z o.o., the producer of steel structures.
