Cassiar Gold Corp. is a gold exploration company focused on the exploration of gold projects. The company is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta. The company went IPO on 2011-01-18. The firm is holding a 100% interest in its flagship Cassiar Gold Property located in British Columbia, Canada. The Cassiar Gold property spans over 590 square kilometer (km2) and consists of two main project areas: Cassiar North, which hosts a NI 43-101-compliant inferred resource estimate known as the Taurus Deposit; and Cassiar South, which hosts various gold showings, historical workings, and exploration prospects over nine kilometer of strike. The Cassiar Gold Property is accessible through Highway 37, which bisects the property, and access roads throughout the property. The project also has a 300 tons per day mill for future operations. The firm also holds a 100% interest in the Sheep Creek gold camp located near Salmo, British Columbia. The Camp consist of approximately 79 crown grants and 25 mineral tenures totaling over 3,940 hectares in the Nelson mining division and are prospective for gold and silver.
