The company is focused on building, through both acquisitions and new construction, a network of branded, family-friendly recreational vehicle parks (RV parks) and camp resorts under the Pathfinder Camp Resorts trade name. The company has three operating RV/campground businesses located in Agassiz, Fort Langley and Parksville. The Agassiz Property is located to the north of the town of Agassiz, within the District of Kent. The Fort Langley Property is part of Brae Island Regional Park, which provides visitors beach access, walking trails and picnic areas. The company is comprised of 156 RV sites, a group tenting campsite with space to accommodate 30 people and five family tent cabins. The Parksville Property is a family-oriented park located along the Englishman River near Parksville. The company hosts 10 year-round mobile home sites, and the infrastructure to support 77 full hookup RV sites and had 62 un-serviced tenting sites.
