The firm's wholly owned subsidiary, Reptile Mineral Resources and Exploration (Pty) Ltd (RMR), manages the Deep Yellow Namibian project portfolio, which comprises of Reptile Project, Nova joint venture (JV) and Yellow Dune JV. The Reptile Project contains uranium resources from two target types: palaeochannel/calcrete and basement/alaskite. The Reptile Project contains a mineral resource in the Tumas and Tubas palaeochannel/calcrete-type deposits. The Nova JV includes two exclusive prospecting licenses (EPLs): Iguana and Barking Gecko, which is prospective for both basement and palaeochannel-type uranium mineralization. The Yellow Dune JV comprises one mineral deposit retention lease (MDRL) covering a drilled-out uranium resource of the palaeochannel/calcrete-type. The firm's segments include Australia and Namibia.
