The company is headquartered in Hawthorn, Victoria. The firm operates in three segments: Australia, Brazil and United States of America. The Australia segment includes Nico Young and other Australian tenement licenses held. The Brazil segment includes the Sao Miguel Paulista refinery under lease in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The United States of America segment includes the Idaho Cobalt Operation (ICO) cobalt-copper-gold mine under construction in Lemhi County outside of the town of Salmon, Idaho. The ICB Project is a northwest-trending zone of Co-Cu-Au occurrences, approximately 64 kilometers long and up to 10 kilometers wide, centered on the Company’ ICO. The company has an interest in the Sao Miguel Paulista nickel and cobalt refinery (SMP Refinery) in the Brazilian State of Sao Paulo from Companhia Brasileira de Aluminio (CBA). Nico Young Project is a nickel and cobalt deposit located approximately 25 kilometers northwest of Young, New South Wales, Australia.
