Alumil Aluminium Industry SA engages in the production and sale of aluminum systems for architectural applications. The Company’s range of activities includes the production and trade of aluminum billets, aluminum accessories, aluminum alloys, thermal processed products, mechanical equipment used in transforming billets into final products and trade of the mechanical and electrical equipment related to aluminum processing, as well as the participation in companies with similar purposes. Its product range includes architectural systems for architectural applications; automatic entrance door systems, automatic and folder doors for lifts, sliding, swing and curved automatic doors; solar protection products; security and resistant metal doors, and plastic products, as well as aluminum for industrial applications. On May 1, 2013, the Company closed and liquidated its subsidiary, Alumul Polska Srl and in October 2013, it established a new subsidiary in the United States, ALUMIL FABRICATION INC.
