The Property Development and Trading segment is engaged in the development and sale of properties in Hong Kong, Mainland China and the United Kingdom. Its property portfolio includes retail, office and residential units. The Listed Investments Held-for-trading and Treasury Products segment is engaged in the listed securities investment in investment held-for-trading securities, over-the-counter trading and structured products.
