In addition to the plantation, the Company, through a wholly owned subsidiary, Matang Holdings Berhad owns an industrial property comprising three blocks of building in Kawasan Perindustrian Larkin, Johor Bahru, Johor. Another subsidiary within the Company, Matang Realty Sdn Bhd (MRSB) owns vacant freehold development land of 5,000 square meter in Tangkak, District of Ledang, Johor. Its subsidiary MRSB is engaged in property investment holdings.
