The firm invests in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sector. The firm's objective is to generate an attractive rate of return for shareholders, predominantly through capital appreciation, by taking advantage of opportunities to invest in the TMT sector. The firm aims to provide equity and equity-related investment capital, such as convertible loans, to private companies, which are seeking capital for growth and development, consolidation or acquisition, or as pre-IPO financing. The firm focuses on identifying investment opportunities in the segments, such as mobile software applications, cloud solutions, business software as a service (SaaS) tools and social discovery shopping. The firm has investments in approximately six principal geographical areas, which include the United States, Israel, British Virgin Island, Cyprus, Estonia and Russia.
