Pacific Star Development Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the management and development of real estate. The firm operates in the property development segment. Its principal subsidiary, Pearl Discovery Development Sdn. Bhd. (PDD) is a real estate developer for a mixed-use development known as Puteri Cove Residences and Quayside (PCR) at Iskandar Puteri, Johore, Malaysia (Iskandar). PCR consists of two towers of about 658 units of freehold apartments, four blocks of 56 SOHO/ Loft units, including a separate tower of serviced suites. The commercial component is Puteri Cove Quayside, a two-level waterfront retail promenade, which is built to Marina projects offering a range of waterfront retail and food and beverage choices. Its development properties relate to its PCR project located in Iskandar, which is developed by the principal subsidiary of the Company, PDD. The firm holds an interest in Kanokkorn Pattana Co., Ltd. (KNK), which is the developer of the project in Bangkok, Thailand, known as The Posh Twelve.
