The company also operates businesses in digital commerce, cinema media, digital place-based media and amusement solutions through its subsidiaries, Cineplex Entertainment Limited Partnership, Famous Players Limited Partnership, Galaxy Entertainment Inc., Cineplex Digital Media Inc., and Player One Amusement Group Inc. The company operates through four segments: Film Entertainment and Content; Media; Amusement and Leisure; and Location-Based Entertainment. The Film Entertainment and Content segment includes all direct and ancillary revenues from theatre attendance, including box office and food service revenues and the associated costs to provide those products and services. Media reporting segment is comprised of cinema media and digital place-based media. Amusement and Leisure segment is engaged in operating and distributing amusement, gaming and vending equipment.
