Upgrade or downgrade your plan

You can upgrade from Premium to Unlimited yourself in Settings. For other changes, write to us and we’ll make them for you.

Upgrade from Premium to Unlimited

1. Open Settings › Subscription.
2. Select Upgrade to Unlimited Plan.
3. Check the amount you’ll pay today and confirm.

Downgrade or switch billing period

To move from Unlimited to Premium, or between monthly and yearly billing, email [email protected] with:

• the email address of your account
• the plan you want to move to
• whether you want monthly or yearly billing

We’ll make the change and confirm it by email.

Move to the Free plan

To stop paying, cancel your subscription. You keep paid access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. How to cancel your subscription
